We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your receipt, on items that are in new condition & unworn, have no visible stains, are not damaged and have the original tags attached, to receive a store credit or exchange only.

Please email us at support@shopthoughtless.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

We ask that you please be careful when trying on items since we can not accept any returns that have been altered or damaged in any way, or are missing their sales tags. You will be required to cover the cost for return shipments. 

Once we receive and approve your returned items, your store credit will be sent to you via email with a code.

Please note all sale items or items purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Thoughtless reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet our return guidelines or requirements.
