U.S. RETURNS
  • If your items unfortunately do not work out, we will provide you with a store credit for full priced items in the form of a gift card, for items that are unworn, undamaged, and have the original tags attached.
  • We ask that you please be careful when trying on items, as returned items must be free of stains, odors or any damage in order to be processed for a store credit.
  • All sale items or items purchased at a discounted rate are final sale and are ineligible for returns. 
U.S. RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
  • Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us here with the subject as ' Returns + Order#'
  • Please list the item(s) that you would like to return and the reason for your return
  • A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you. Kindly note that a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit amount.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow for 2-3 days for processing of your return.
  • Please note that the original/outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, and will not be included in the store credit amount
  • After 14 days from the day that you received your items, we will no longer be able to accept your returns. We kindly ask that you do no send us items beyond this timeframe, as anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
  • All international orders are final sale, and are not eligible for a return. 
  • All additional duties, taxes and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
