Shipping & Refund Policy
Where do you ship?
Currently, we offer shipping to the U.S., the U.K. and Canada, and plan to expand our shipping locations soon.
We will ship your packages through your chosen carrier at checkout. We do not collect duties or taxes and do not predict what your particular charges may be. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package.
When will my order ship?
We partner with USPS to fulfill your orders in a reliable and safe manner. Please allow for 2-5 business days for your order to be processed from the day that your order was placed; this excludes holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking information. Average delivery times are between 3-4 business days.
How do I track my order?
You can track your oder by clicking the "track my order" button in your order confirmation email.
What happens if my order is stolen?
We encourage you to keep a close eye on email updates you will receive once your package has been shipped, and once again once it has been delivered, as Thoughtless is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the rare event that your package is stolen, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) to file a missing package claim. We are happy to assist in providing any information we can that may help in retrieving your shipment.
What happens if my order is late?
A kind reminder that delivery times shown at checkout are estimated. We assure you that USPS is working diligently to deliver your package to you in a timely manner. We encourage you to contact USPS with your tracking number to see whether there is any additional information that they can provide on the status of of your package. We are also happy to provide any assistance we can, as we are just as excited as you are for you to receive your merchandise!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt on items that are in new condition, have no visible stains, are not damaged and have the original tags attached, to receive a store credit or exchange only.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for your return.
We ask that you please be careful when trying on items since we can not accept any returns that have stains, have been washed, or worn, are damaged in any way, or are missing their sales tags. You will be required to cover the cost for return shipments.
Once we receive and approve your returned items, your store credit will be sent to you via email with a code.
Please note all sale items or items purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Thoughtless reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet our return guidelines or requirements.
I need to cancel my order. What do I do?
Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed. Please see our information on exchanges and returns as a next best step.
